High School Diploma is required. What you will do as a Linehaul Administrative Assistant: Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.Field telephone calls, file, and perform data entry into OnTrac’s proprietary softwareMonitor and communicate any fleet maintenance issues that could impact arrival or departure schedules of trucks to facility personnel and provide follow-up and updates.Monitor GPS tracking of tractor/trailer equipment and of departure/arrival times. What you need to be successful as a Linehaul Administrative Assistant: Excellent oral and written communication skills.The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.The ability to communicate and interface with many vendors and corporate employees.The ability to read and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form.The ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.The ability to apply strict confidentiality rules to the daily workload.The ability to problem-solve. If you are excited to be part of our team and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts, we invite you to apply!
