OnTrac is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst, Temporary Position

Location: Remote position | Must be located in McLean, VA

  • Must be available to attend training and in-person meetings at the Corporate Office from time to time

Length of temporary employment: Approximately 6 months

Employment Logistics:

OnTrac is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for a temporary assignment of approximately six months. In this role, you will support the implementation of multiple systems and leverage your expertise to establish a comprehensive compensation structure. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring that the company's compensation programs are consistently administered in accordance with internal policies and government regulations.

The Must-Haves:

  • Five years of related experience in a dedicated total rewards or compensation role.
  • Experience implementing CompAnalyst
  • Experience setting up compensation structures within an HRIS, Dayforce experience is preferred.
  • Expert in Excel, must be able to perform complex analysis.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) (completed or in progress, preferred)
  • Other recognized HR certifications preferred

Your Mission in Motion:

  • Serve as an internal consultant as it relates to compensation programs to meet the organization's needs.
  • Partner with the HRIS team on the implementation of our compensation structure within our HRIS, Dayforce.
  • Build out the compensation structure within CompAnalyst and partner with the HRIS team to set up and configure our data feed.
  • Ensure salaries comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
  • Consult and document the administration of compensation programs, processes, and operations.
  • Perform analysis as needed to support various initiatives such as cost to market, variable pay, etc.
  • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.

  • Experience working in a large, dynamic, and matrixed organization.
  • Possesses strong business and technical acumen, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Advocates and leads change, positively influences change implementation, remains flexible during transitions, and effectively develops and adjusts their area of responsibility.
  • Experience in designing and harmonizing sales compensation plans.
  • Speaks and writes in a clear, concise manner; uses efficient and appropriate methods to disseminate information.
  • Manages issues with urgency to meet customers’ expectations and established deadlines.
  • Understand the organizational business function and can work effectively with other stakeholders in HR and throughout the Company
