OnTrack staffing is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter for a client in West Point, GA. This is a temp to hire position for a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier.
Available Shift
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the organization
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools such as iCIMS, ADP, and Workday
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Administer drug screens and perform criminal background checks
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, strategies, and best practices
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, ADP, or Workday
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively cold call and engage candidates
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive offers for candidates
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Valid Driver License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
