```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating merchandise, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Promote and upsell products and services to meet sales goals
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, or electronics sales is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an asset
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
