Our client, a global leader in real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces, is seeking an Associate Photographer to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the company's mission of digitizing the world's real estate, empowering people to discover properties, insights, and connections that improve their businesses and lives.

As an Associate Photographer, you will be responsible for creating virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential homes using top-of-the-line Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment, and iPad. You will work closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and the management team, and will be managed remotely by a Photography Manager located in local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints to support marketing efforts on our industry-leading marketplaces.

- Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments.

- Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.

- Navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage when not working on a residential home.

- Abide by our client's safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.

- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Physical Requirements:

- Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.

- Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.

- Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.

- Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of professional experience.

- Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.

- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.

- Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.

- Field experience preferred.
