We’re looking to hire an E-commerce Merchandising Asset Specialist for a global toy company. The role entails managing both internal and external product data pertinent to e-commerce asset development. The Asset Specialist ensures synchronization and analysis of all active e-commerce items requiring content support. Collaboration with the e-commerce production team, Project Managers, and Global Marketing is integral to this position.

This is an 11-month contract opportunity.

The role is located in Rhode Island, and is hybrid in their Providence offices. This is not a remote role.

E-commerce Merchandising Asset Specialist Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain assets within the database and e-commerce tracker
• Oversee all product data as it relates to e-commerce assets
• Troubleshoot errors and bottlenecks to resolve issues
• Create and deliver regularly scheduled reports and audits to assess performance

E-commerce Merchandising Asset Specialist Requirements:

• 3 years as a digital asset manager for e-commerce/retail
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite, as well as Adobe Final Cut Pro, Premiere, and Photoshop
• Highly organized, able to multitask and pivot as needed, team player, and proactive problem-solving skills
