We’re looking to hire a E-Commerce Project Manager for a Fortune 500 global retail client. Team culture is based on open communication, accountability, and collaboration.

You’ll join the Marketing team to lead coordination and contribute to the management and implementation of marketing campaigns across a global e-commerce omni-channel ecosystem encompassing both in-store and online platforms. This contract goes until 1/31/25 extension and possible convert to perm. The team is located in Hoboken, NJ, and is hybrid on-site 2-3 days/week

E-Commerce Project Manager Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to Senior Managers and collaborate on a daily basis with advertising sales and site experience teams to drive shopping experiences for millions of customers worldwide
• Play a key role in developing and executing creative marketing programs for suppliers in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Site, Creative, Sales, and Account Managers).
• Assist with the management, approval processes, execution, and measurement of supplier-specific marketing campaigns to ensure success.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the department by taking ownership of tracking documents and supporting day-to-day tasks.
• Actively participate in and lead brainstorming sessions across various teams to generate innovative concepts for supplier marketing initiatives.
• Partner with the Sales department to drive the continued development and expansion of integrated marketing programs for partners/clients.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, partnership, and achieving operational excellence through agility and a focus on continuous improvement.

E-Commerce Project Manager Requirements:

• 3 years experience with e-commerce sites: This ensures a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, best practices, and the specific challenges of this dynamic environment.
• Highly Organized: Ensures efficient task management, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records for smooth e-commerce operations.
• Ambitious: Driven to achieve goals, constantly seeking improvement in the e-commerce platform and processes.
• Creative: Crucial for developing engaging product descriptions, marketing campaigns, and innovative solutions for customer experience.
• Flexible: Adaptability is key in the fast-paced e-commerce world, allowing you to handle unexpected situations and changing priorities.
• People-Oriented: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
• Hands-on: Willingness to get involved in all aspects of the work, both structured tasks and tackling unforeseen challenges.
