Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work closely with external partners and harness your creativity, analytical skills, and expertise to make a tangible impact on the business.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment. Your primary responsibility will be to design, execute, and monitor paid and earned media campaigns, working closely with the external Cobrand partner and creative agency.
This is a project opportunity through the end of 2024 to cover a maternity leave. The role is a hybrid position with an alternating schedule of 1 week WFH and 2nd week is four days in the office located in Wilmington, DE.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist with creative development and approvals
- Ensure execution elements of campaigns are planned for launch
- Monitor the performance of campaigns to determine if shifts are needed post-launch to optimize performance
- Assist with executing awareness and earned media strategy
- Manage marketing budget and proactively identify any risk/opportunities to budget
- Provide assistance, if needed, on existing Cardmember event series, partnering with Mastercard
Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in financial marketing and/or direct-to-consumer marketing or project management
- Direct experience with paid media campaigns is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and ability to solve complex issues
- Strong project management & attention to detail skills with the ability to manage multiple media campaigns simultaneously
- Strong relationship management and strong oral and written communication skills
