We’re looking to hire a Media Planner (Paid Search) for a Fortune 500 global e-commerce client. Company culture fosters a collaborative and respectful environment where innovation is encouraged.

You’ll join the Media Planning team to plan, execute, manage, and optimize omni-channel paid campaigns. This contract goes until 1/31/25 extension (possible convert to perm). The role is located in Hoboken, NJ, and is hybrid on-site 2 days/week

Media Planner (Paid Search) Responsibilities:

• Define metrics and measure campaign success using internal analytics
• Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials
• Lead daily campaign maintenance, including addressing internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
• Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service
• Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance
• Understand and apply upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics
• Formulate proposals for new client opportunities
• Partner with the Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation
• Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns

Media Planner (Paid Search) Requirements:

• Four-year college degree
• 2 years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
• Client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
• Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience using SQL and Tableau
• The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, a strong inner drive to contribute, and a passion for delivering results in a constantly changing environment.
