Join a global real estate leader on a mission to digitize the world's properties. Based in Atlanta, GA you'll lead a team of 8-10 photographers as a Regional Photography Manager, delivering high-quality media including virtual tours, floor plans, and photography. Required to be on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of photographers, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to standards.
• Implement efficient workflows, conduct quality audits, and provide feedback.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Review performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Coach team members on technology, techniques, and procedures.
• Handle technical issues related to equipment and software.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Travel within your region and occasionally to Richmond, VA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 years’ operations management experience, remote management required.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service dedication.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours.
• Experience with Matterport technology and 3D scanning is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
