We’re looking to hire a Sales Representative (Field Sales) for a Pharmaceutical client.
This is a 12 month contract opportunity. The role is located in Fort Smith, Russellville, Van Buren, AR and is fully on-site within sales area.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
- Handle objections and concerns effectively to secure successful sales closures.
- Proactively address customer needs to build trusted relationships and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Develop and implement a call plan to optimize coverage and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay informed on customer needs, market trends, competitors, and product knowledge. Share insights with teams to align strategies and optimize brand execution.
- Differentiate company's value proposition, developing relationships with key healthcare providers and advocates to enhance brand performance.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years' sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in sales with strong presentation skills.
- Expertise in scientific, therapeutic, and product knowledge. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer behavior.
- Effective in a matrix environment with a collaborative approach.
- Innovative problem-solver with leadership experience.
- Preferred : Experience in pharmaceutical sales, physician / account-based selling, or related fields.
