One of our clients in Somerset County, NJ is hiring for a contract Sr. Brand Designer for a role that will run through to the end of 2024. This role is heavy on the branding and packaging side of design.

This role is hybrid, so you must be able to do the commute a few times per week.

Hourly Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr.

Overview:

The Sr. Brand Designer is responsible for design, proposing project and program goals, defining objectives, developing concepts, and executing multiple projects for a global brand. You'll help build and define consumer profiles, advocate for environmentally sustainable design solutions, and manage cross-functional partnerships.

Sr. Brand Designer Responsibilities:

• Propose project and program goals and tactics, define objectives, and execute projects for a global brand.
• Maintain global equity while ensuring local relevancy and driving relevant consumer conversations.
• Advocate for environmentally sustainable design solutions and manage cross-functional partnerships.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of design thinking and cultural trends to guide solutions and manage multiple projects with critical deadlines.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliver innovation through process improvements.

Sr. Brand Designer Requirements (Must Have's):

• 5 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Has up to date online portfolio showcasing brand and package design.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to create on-brand solutions.
• Excellent typography skills and comprehension of grid systems.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision in an international context, package and present solutions to the wider business team, and prioritize competing workstreams.
• Skills in packaging and communication with business partners.
