The Senior Associate will play a critical role in supporting due diligence efforts, financial analysis, and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution of financial due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions.

- Perform detailed financial analysis, including quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and financial projections.

- Support the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations that deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to clients.

- Work closely with clients to understand their transaction objectives and provide tailored advice to meet their needs.

- Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to address complex transactional issues.

- Collaborate with senior team members to identify business development opportunities and participate in the pitching process.

- Contribute to the mentoring and training of junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, with a CPA, CFA, or MBA being advantageous.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, or a similar role within a professional services or corporate environment.

- Demonstrated ability in financial analysis, due diligence, and the preparation of financial reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging with clients and team members.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
