Title ADP Workforce Now - Project Manager

Preferred onsite but I can make it Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Candidate MUST be local to Los Angeles or Orange County, CA since will be required to work in the office a few days per week

Location corporate office in Long beach, CA

We need someone with good experience on ADP Workforce Now ( ADP Payroll) and ADP Workforce manager (Time tracking) platform. for a company that ALSO RUNS WORKDAY for other HRIS functionality. Must have BOTH implementation and integration experience.

ADP Workforce Now is an all-in-one, cloud-based platform that handles various human resources tasks, from applicant tracking to comprehensive HR management. It primarily serves medium to large businesses, providing a robust suite of tools to support HR professionals.

Consultant should have PROJECT MANAGED multiple ADP Payroll and Time tracking implementation projects. MUST HAVE GREAT and proven PM skills risk and constraint identification, resource planning, budget management, conflict resolution, key stake holder updates and management, Skillful delegation of tasks and responsibilities overall planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling.

They specifically want someone that has done multiple brand new ADP workforce Now (payroll) AND WorkForce Manager ( tracking employee time and attendance). Payroll implementations (primary skill set) AND THAT HAS also integrated ADP with Workday HRIS, for the same client(s). and is therefore intimately familiar with the integration details, movement of data between systems, and all the potential issues and challenges that a company faces when doing the project. Bottom line, recent projects for any qualified candidate, must include NEW ADP payroll implementation for a company that is also running Workday for other HRIS functionality.

The client currently runs Workday for all HRIS functions, and will now be implementing ADP workforce now and work force manager for PAYROLL. Hence, the reason they need someone that is intimately familiar with implementing ADP, as well as the integration that is required between workday and ADP. And has good experience with the integration complexities involved.
