REQUIRED: TS/SCI with US Citizenship.
Supports the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization. Supports upgrades to computer components and software, management of virtual servers, and integration of automation processes. Supports troubleshooting hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues. Supports documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgraded IT infrastructure. Supports regular backup operations and implements appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures. Supports desktop and helpdesk efforts, ensuring all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions. Supports capacity, storage planning, and database performance. Monitors and manages all installed systems and infrastructure. Takes direction from more senior personnel.Position Description
Requirements:
Experience with use case development.
Experience with requirements derivation.
Experience with developing technical project artifacts.
Familiarity with Agile software development process.
Experience with software engineering processes.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
HS and 4 years of experience; Associates and 2 years of experience
A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education.
A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.
