Summary:

Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller provides financial accounting support and direction, overseeing all accounting functions, including transaction processing, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role involves liaising with external auditors, preparing detailed monthly performance reports, supporting budget and forecast preparation, monitoring company assets, developing division reports, determining depreciation rates, maintaining records, and overseeing payroll. The Controller is also hands-on, capable of performing subordinate duties as needed, and responsible for supervising and evaluating the accounting staff.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA or Master’s degree preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in public accounting and auditing
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics proficiency preferred
• Attention to detail required
