What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven experience in maternal and newborn care, with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to inspire and support a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of nurses, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Oversee daily operations of the Family Birth Suites, ensuring top-notch patient care and smooth workflows.
- Collaborate with medical staff and hospital leadership to implement best practices and drive innovation in maternal and newborn care.
- Manage schedules, resources, and budgets to maintain an efficient and supportive environment for patients and staff.
- Serve as a hands-on leader, stepping in to provide exceptional care when needed.
