About the Role: As our new Performance Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with our SEM team on digital marketing scale efforts globally. You will play a key role in driving ROI and be responsible for developing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. A core responsibility of this role will be to stay up to date with the latest platform trends and ensure that campaigns are meeting performance goals. You will be a data-driven and able to deliver insightful reports and present to the wider digital marketing team.

This is a hybrid role where you'll spend 2 days per week working from our office at Edinburgh Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop new and existing digital marketing campaigns across the marketing funnel to ultimately drive ROI
• Work closely with the SEM team on Google Ads(search, shopping, PMax, YouTube), Bing Ads
• Develop reporting and visualisation dashboards (digital marketing planning, operational efficiency, strategic KPIs etc.)
• Identify market performance trends and opportunities to stay ahead of competition and translate findings into effective digital campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices and collaborate with the team to implement changes
• Monitor and review campaign performance across different channels and markets to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for optimisations and improvements
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and market trends to a various set of stakeholdersWork with cross-functional different digital marketing teams to ensure consistency in all communications and a smooth customer journey.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 years experience in performance marketing
• In-depth knowledge of creating and managing campaigns on SEM channels such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, GDN, YouTube, PMAX), Bing (search and shopping).
• Exceptional analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and opportunities within complex data sets and data-driven approach to analysing and reporting on performance
• Key understanding of core performance metrics used across the different platforms and ability to put data into perspective
• Are an advanced user of GA4 and can understand and interpret the different metrics in meaningful ways
• Strong project management skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in guiding and overseeing the workload of a team combined with the skillset to encourage personal development
• Ambitious and self-motivated in your approach to your work
• Strong attention to detail and you are comfortable with a high pace working environment
• Build and maintain relations with external parties such as vendors and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content and marketing analytics to develop integrated marketing campaigns
