Ooni is looking for a customer-focused technical writer to join our product team and ensure our customers have the best possible user experience with our awesome range of pizza ovens and accessories.
As the newest member of our product team, you will be the person responsible for all of Ooni’s technical documentation. On any given day you will find yourself conducting user trials, working with our engineers to understand our products or helping to develop ways of working and processes to improve documentation delivery for our new products. Our product team is ambitious and innovative and always has their foot on the pedal.
