COURIER

Summary:

This position provides business services to OSB customers. Success in this role requires congeniality, conscientiousness, a good driving record and driving habits as well as geographic familiarity within the market served. Making a good impression with customers is critical to the success of the individual and success of the courier program.

This is a causal position that offers about 4 hours a week.

Essential Functions

• Provide professional, friendly, and prompt Courier Services to Business Customers

• Report promptly at assigned time for the run. Pick up customer related transaction materials.
• As necessary, inquire as to the appropriate route, personnel with whom to make contact and proceed with the assigned daily calls.
• Answer any routine questions that may arise, and if this is not possible refer question(s) to the appropriate contact at the bank for follow-up.
• Complete the daily courier sheet and return to the bank at the end of the shift.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, and clean driving record.

• Must be able to read a map and/or understand verbal directions.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Education and Eligibility:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions:

• Environment: Work is performed driving to different customer locations.

• Physical: Primary function requires driving, getting in and out of vehicles, and carrying coin bags and transactional material in and out of buildings. Position requires sufficient physical ability, mobility, and manual dexterity to work in this courier position. This position includes sitting in a vehicle between destinations, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. This position will include lifting, carrying, pushing, and or pulling light to moderate amounts of weight.
