Summary:
Assists with all aspects of title searching. Excellent customer relations skills is a requirement.
Essential Functions:

•Perform title searches, verifying, reviewing, and compiling information including but not limited to real estate land and tax records, GIS or tax mapping, judgment searches and documents reflecting the ownership chain of a property, and any matters affecting the title to the property.
•Communicate with interested parties to resolve title issues and problems.
•Strong customer service skills to build relationships with internal and external customers.
•Detail oriented with efficiency and accuracy.
•Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Requirements
Position Requirements:
•Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
•Must have access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Education and Eligibility:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Experience with title work is preferred.
