Video Production / Content Creation Team:

Do you love cameras, filming, editing, telling stories through video and all things video production? Do you constantly strive to produce the best, most creative videos possible? OOT Box Media is a full-service creative agency specializing in social media marketing, brand development, website design and video production (including aerial). We’re looking for self-driven, motivated individuals who love to put out unique, fun and creative videos. Our team works hard and we have fun creating awesome content.

Duties:

Video production staff is expected to

• Create and develop multimedia content for clients including but not limited to product marketing videos, recruiting videos, interviews, testimonials, and services videos as well as internal video production.
• Script, storyboard, set and meet deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team to complete projects.

• Collaborate with clients for video and production ideas as well as meeting the client expectations for final product.

• Plan video shoots as far as shots, locations, and anything additional (props, etc).

• Record and edit video and audio files as well as manage and obtain stock footage as well as titling, adding sounds or music.

• Manage the video library.

Professional Experience and Skills:

We do not believe in educational or professional gating in the traditional sense. If you have a good portfolio and resume, come in and show us your stuff! All we really require is a passion to learn, excel, and put out the best quality content that can be produced. Ideal candidates however will:

• have a positive and creative mindset to create engaging videos and productions

• show strong knowledge in the Adobe Suite of programs (primarily Premiere, however experience in After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator are a huge plus)

• Experience with cameras, audio, lighting and green screen are all a plus, but hey, maybe you create AWESOME videos with your phone and that is fine too

• have a creative mind for planning exciting, funny, & entertaining videos

• be an outgoing, high-energy individual with a positive outlook
• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED

Compensation:

Compensation is determined by skill, knowledge, and value add to the company. The more you know and the more you can do, the more you can make! Overall we are just looking for an awesome person to join our team. Someone that is passionate about what they do and strives to be the best at it. We work hard, but have fun doing it!
