Certified Nursing Assistant Direct Care Support are responsible for providing an array of services to enrich the lives of people with developmental disabilities.

Various levels of support are provided in a number of areas including, but not limited to, personal care, life routines, finances, health care and clinical services, recreational and social interests, developing relationships and connecting to the community.

Daily administering and documenting each individuals medications as prescribed by a physician in accordance with the Medication Administration Policy (MAP) is a must.

We provide MAP training if not certified!

Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and / or physical disabilities preferred however training is provided for those not having the experience but heart for this work.

Requirements :

Possession of a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and an agreement to use one’s personal vehicle for business purposes.

Acceptable Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) & Fingerprinting required

MAP certification is required within one month of training - Higher pay rate is based on being MAP certified
