Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and respond to any security threats, while also upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol the premises and monitor CCTV cameras to prevent and deter any unauthorized activities.
- Respond to alarms, reports of suspicious activity, and emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify and prevent any potential security breaches.
- Develop and implement effective security protocols to minimize the risk of theft and loss.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report any criminal activity and ensure that all incidents are documented and reported in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Conduct regular security checks to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with employees, customers, and the public.
- Develop and maintain a rapport with employees, customers, and the public to prevent any conflicts or security breaches.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that all employees are aware of security protocols and procedures.

Requirements:
- A valid certificate in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
- A strong background in loss prevention and conflict management.
- Experience with surveillance equipment and CCTV systems.
- Current certification in CPR and first aid.
- Military experience or a background in law enforcement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to customer service and conflict management.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
