Job Title: Home Health Aide
Looking for a Home Health Aide to assist a client in the downtown Philadelphia area every Tues, Weds, & Thurs from 10a-4pm starting next Tuesday 6/25/24.
-Must have 2 step PDD, chest x-ray, or quantiferon
-Home health certificate (preferred, but not required)
- PATCH Background check (preferred, but not required) We can obtain one if you don't have one available.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized in-home care to clients based on their individual needs and care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and record vital signs as directed
- Assist with medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition

- Experience in patient care and caregiving
