THE ROLE

At Open Influence, our mission is to help brands create alongside extraordinary human beings. As an Associate Account Manager, your mission is to help facilitate a meaningful partnership between these brands and creators.

This role requires a commute to our NY office 2x per week.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of superior client service for various Open Influence clients. You’ll use your deep understanding of influencer marketing strategy to lead theexecution of influencer campaigns, from kickoff to reporting. You will act as a liaison between internal departments, brands, and influencers to ensure campaign strategy is successfully executed, manage talent fulfillment of campaign deliverables, and analyze campaign KPIs to optimize based on key learnings.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting, managing, and executing post-sale influencer campaigns including adherence to campaign timelines and deliverables
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for influencers and/or key clients, while maintaining strategies to meet brand business objectives
  • Manage high volume and fast-paced email communications with influencers, from the initial sourcing and negotiations, guiding the creative development of content, and ensuring rollout aligns with the campaign goals and KPIs
  • Address daily client needs and requests related to the campaign, or other ancillary asks, in a timely strategy-oriented manner
  • Identify trends and develop performance insights, resulting in meaningful recommendations and strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant client-facing, agency experience
  • Experience in building and optimizing digital and social media plans, particularly focused on influencer marketing
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle a high volume of email communications daily
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
