What you will do:

As a member of the Technology Team you will work with a leader in software integration, business process optimization, and customized solutions. You will gain experience cross-industry, helping fuel the company’s growth and enable people to do incredible things.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test and deliver technical solutions: Develop to functional specifications and design to meet the requirements including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to perform code reviews, and testing (unit, integration, system, functional, etc.)
• Develop test scripts to support testing, and provide content for documentation 
• Responsible for the quality of technical artifacts that supply the solution.
• Works with Project Managers (PMs), Business Analysts (BAs), Tech Leads (TLs) and Consultants to support projects assigned. 
• Interacts and effectively communicates across stakeholders such as internal and external clients, implementation partners, development teams, technical/production support teams, quality assurance teams and senior management to convey technical ideas.
• Works on issues reported by clients (or the OSI BA/TL/PM team members) diligently and arriving at solutions in a timely manner.
• Follows OSI processes and guidelines for development and changes that may be required to meet specific client requirements.
• Provides technical guidance, and coaching to junior team members as needed to fulfill development responsibilities.

Technical Skills:

• SQL query, interfaces, APIs, other languages/patterns, databases, environments, design and development and optimization.
• Experience with various design tools, development platforms and tools, programming languages including Python and Javascript, UX, Docker, Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo.
• Should be skilled in a range of processes, procedures, and systems to carry out assigned tasks or has developed deep skills in a single area:
• Effective interpersonal skills, conflict resolution skills
• Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery of artifacts
• Can collaborate and communicate across stakeholder groups for effective solution delivery (global)
• Can perform routine and recurring assignments
• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Prioritizes and can work under pressure and short timelines
• Highly organized and works well in team environment

Educational Qualifications:

• BS (Computer Science) or equivalent and 2 years of related work experience
• MS (Data or Computer Science) and 1 years of related work experience
