Position: Desktop Support Technician I
Location: 202 Burlington Road Bedford, MA 01730
Duration: 3 Months (Contract)
US Citizenship or Green Card is required
Requirements
  • 2 Years exp. Req.
  • Working directly with users to address computer issues related to software, hardware, etc.
  • Candidate should have Windows 10/11 troubleshooting support experience, Apple Mac OS experience is a plus.
  • They need the ability to solve laptop booting issues, hardware failure as well as network connection issues.
