Project Manager - level 3 (advanced) 5-8 years of experience
Experience serving in a leadership capacity of a technical program such as a team lead or scrum master
Experience managing projects in an Agile environment
Must have TS/SCI FSP clearance.
ResponsibilitiesIn coordination with partner PM, serve as primary project points of contact for customer
Ensures on-time and accurate submission of project deliverables
Serve as lead for development and management for project technical plan and Agile process.
Leads sprint planning activities & collaborates with customers and project team to develop technical objectives and schedule work activity
Lead project team to ensure engineering activity is aligned to plan and meets milestones
Effectively manages scope, cost, and time of project
Serve as liaison between Red Hat management, project customers, and on-site delivery team to include facilitating information sharing and ensuring compliance with programmatic standards.
Serve as single escalation point for customers and team for identification of risks and coordination of issue resolution
Ensure timely and accurate flow of programmatic information to Red Hat back office support and leadership to facilitate programmatic reporting
Effectively track team schedule and availability
