Technical Project Management Expert
Job DescriptionClient's Data Engineering team is looking for an experienced, motivated, and self-driven business analyst to join our team. Our team is responsible for delivering programs associated to reducing data risk for Client through the use of technology.
  • In this role, you will support project management of complex data issues (concerns/demands) through the partnering with technology and finance resources to performing root cause analysis of issues, design tactical and strategic solutions and support the remediation activities of the agreed solution.
  • The ideal candidate is very comfortable working with technology teams to understand issues, familiar with financial systems/terminology, driving remediation activities and communicating progress to program management teams and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Become familiar with various data sets associated to the Data Concern / Demand population, reporting adjustments, and regulatory plans.
  • Support remediation progress, drive progress across multiple teams, and leverage PowerPoint to communicate progress and achievements.
  • Identify potential risks and issues across program and properly escalate to senior leaders to reduce impacts.
  • Work with remediation owners to help classify open items to support prioritizing work.
  • Own management of day-to-day progress across program priorities and execution of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting for senior leaders.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and exception communication skills.
  • Experience in managing projects across multiple teams across the organization.
  • Ability to organize teams, drive prioritization and remediation plans, identify and escalate issues/risks to senior leaders, and communicate key achievements through reporting.
  • Expert in working with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and changes impacting the book of work to deliver on key timelines set by regulators and senior leader.
  • Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive, able to navigate a complex organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of seniority.
