We are partnering with a Healthcare Technology company who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing technology projects and programs, with experience in building out or improving Project Management Offices (PMOs) and developing or optimizing project management processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of technology-driven initiatives, with a strong focus on process improvement and service delivery optimization, especially in onboarding and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project/Program Management: Lead and manage technology projects and programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
• PMO Development: Build and establish a robust Project Management Office (PMO), developing PMO processes that drive efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Process Improvement: Develop, refine, and optimize project management processes, with a focus on enhancing productivity, accountability, and quality across all phases of project delivery.
• Service Delivery Management: Design and implement processes for managing service delivery, including client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• RACI Framework Implementation: Utilize the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) framework to clarify roles and responsibilities, streamline decision-making processes, and improve project outcomes.
• Tool Utilization: Effectively use project management tools such as TaskRay, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software to plan, track, and report on project progress. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is considered a plus.
• Healthcare Industry Experience: Apply your understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly within the provider side, to ensure that projects meet the specific needs and regulatory requirements of the sector.

What skills and experience do you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager leading technology projects/programs.
• Proven experience in building, managing or improving a PMO, with a strong understanding of PMO best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and improving project management and service delivery processes.
• Proficient in the use of project management tools such as TaskRay and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Preferred, prior experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for experience on the provider side.
• Strong understanding of the RACI framework and its application in project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Our client supports a flexible work model where this position would require 1 day a week onsite at their Tampa, FL office location. Please note, start date for this position will be end of September / beginning of October.

The hourly pay rate range for this role is $55 - $68 an hour on W2. Individual pay rates are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
