  • Create and implement policies that make sense and ensure corporate compliance.

  • Leverage data to evaluate and optimize processes for operational efficiency, primarily focused on performance management and retention. Our goal is to provide coaching and guidance to our employees to enable their development within the organization.

  • Partner with key stakeholders within the finance, legal, communications, and people functions to provide appropriate perspective and align each stakeholder while working toward a common goal.

  • Provide feedback and facilitate open and honest conversations that can sometimes feel uncomfortable.

  • Continually work toward improving the employee experience throughout their journey at

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 7 years of professional experience operating in a people related function within an innovative and scaling environment.

  • Ability to lead through influence and uplift the productivity of others around you.

  • Ability to analyze complex situations with sometimes minimal information and arrive at a principled outcome.

  • Ability to thrive in a data and metrics driven environment, qualitative and quantitative, to inform or influence decision making.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders to accomplish a common goal.

  • Consultative communication skills while working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
