Seeking Customer Service Representatives in Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Georgetown, TX
Openwork is currently interviewing for Retail, Call Center, and non-retail In-Person Customer representatives for temporary and temporary-to-hire positions for our clients in Round Rock, Georgetown, and Pflugerville.

What you’ll be responsible for :
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exception service with every interaction
Employ active listening to determine customer needs
Guide the customer through the transaction process or resolve their concerns
Work with your leadership team to develop processes and solutions
What you’ll need :
1 years of customer service experience preferred
Proficiency with office automation software and the ability to type 30 words per minute
Must have reliable transportation
Minimum High School Graduate or GED
Selected candidates will be required to pass all pre-hire employment checks, which may include a criminal background check and drug screening
