Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Perform floor care duties including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and buffing
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as required
- Monitor building security and safety by performing lock-up procedures
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards

Skills:
- Experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work
- Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and maintaining various floor surfaces
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, equipment, and supplies
- Excellent organizational skills to manage cleaning schedules effectively
