Operation PAR, Inc. is Hiring a Maintenance Engineer (Location Floater) Near Sarasota, FL

Education And ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
A minimum of 4 years experience with general inside and outside facilities maintenance preferred. Experience in minor electrical, AC, plumbing, roof, painting and wall repair required.
Must be able to list over 50 lbs, work outdoors for prolonged periods of time.
Skills And Abilities
- Knowledge of general equipment maintenance, basic building maintenance
- Knowledge of hand/power tools
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance practices, mowing, weed eating, etc.
- Basic computer skills, turning on, signing in, entering data
- Ability to effectively and safely operate electrical, non-electrical, and gas hand tools
- Ability to interact verbally and in writing with venders, suppliers, and other staff
- Ability to climb ladders, rake, shovel, push-pull, lift small equipment
- Ability to work in a positive, professional manner with clients, staff and team
While employed with Operation PAR, employee is eligible for a free 2 year Building Maintenance course at Pinellas Technical School.
