How Will You Make a Difference?

  • Cultivate strong and enduring client relationships
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive client growth and retention
  • Analyze client financial data to identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Foster collaboration across MBD team to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Manage client visitation and feedback programs, as well as client and prospect-focused travel and entertainment opportunities
  • Oversee the firm's alumni program

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Bachelor’s degree required (marketing, communications or business preferred); advance degree preferred
  • 6 years’ experience in marketing, client relations, business development, or sales team position (law firm or professional services experience preferred)
  • Experience with direct or indirect leadership
  • Proven track record of success in client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of client needs and business development strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to oversee team members in various positions and geographic locations.
  • This role is mostly remote with the exception of team/attorney meetings and client engagement activities (in-person CLEs, receptions, etc.) – this could also include occasional travel to other offices.
