We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to lead our team in maintaining the I-94 Rest Areas between Johnson Creek & Lake Mills. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, perform rewarding tasks, and make a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, and planting to maintain the beauty of outdoor areas.
• Clear snow and ice from walkways during winter months to ensure safety.
• Ensure proper upkeep of outdoor equipment and tools and assist with minor repairs to outdoor structures as needed.
• Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris to enhance visitor experience.
• Supervise team members and provide support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• General knowledge and previous experience in building and grounds upkeep.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic electrical, small engine, and plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Experience working with physically and cognitively challenged individuals is a plus and highly valued.
• Available to work first shift, Monday-Friday and every 3rd weekend. No Nights! No holidays!
