OPPORTUNITIES, INC. is Hiring a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider - Adult Wellness Center (Per Diem) Near Bangor, ME

Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Adult Wellness Center in Bangor in a per diem role. Schedule is 1-10hr shift per week, with the ability to commit to that one day on a consistent basis. There is flexibility in regards to which day, Monday through Friday. This person will be focusing on minor surgical procedures.

  • Procedures may include: excisions, biopsies, cryosurgery, warts, cysts, moles, skin cancers, rash biopsies and electrodessication and curettage of cancers.
  • Embedded in the Adult Wellness Center, with a newly-renovated and specially designed procedure room. At nearly twice the size of a traditional room, it's completely outfitted with storage, lighting and up-to-date features and equipment.

Penobscot Community Health Care: a non-profit organization governed by a board of community volunteers, PCHC is comprised of sixteen practices and program service sites in the Greater Bangor area, in Old Town, Belfast and Jackman.
