Due to continued growth and success, Bearon is looking for a Machine Shop Supervisor (working supervisor) in a brand-new position on the 3rd shift to join our team in Landisville, PA! The Machine Shop Supervisor will assist and direct employees involved in the machining of components and parts in a job-shop environment. They will participate in and oversee set ups and operations to maximize departmental quality and productivity, ensure schedules are met, and make sure material requirements are met. Will analyze and diagnose machining and fixture problems, machine malfunctions, etc. to coordinate corrective and preventive procedures and to prevent excessive downtime and interrupted schedules.
