We have multiple opportunities for Remote Sales Representatives for direct hire roles in Somerville, MA. These positions will required 3 months of in-office training in Somerville, but will then be 100% work from home. Depending on your experience, you could be hired into one of two roles - Sales Development Representative or Account Executive. Work & qualify inbound leads via phone, email & chat
Conduct high volume outreach (60-100 activities per day)
Execute on marketing campaigns to drive opportunities
Collaborate with Account Executives to generate targeted Outbound campaigns
Qualifications
1-2 years in a customer-facing role
Strong communication skills
Highly coachable with a strong willingness to learn
Passionate desire to move up within a sales organization
Account ExecutivesResponsibilities:
Develop net new business relationships through inbound leads and individual outreach
Increase penetration across divisions within existing clients, and build long-term business relationships in transactional and enterprise deals
Receive ongoing professional development and training to help you elevate performance, grow your career, and establish a foundation for long-term sales success.
Consult with clients on enhancing their applications and recommend software to best meet their objectives and high priority digital transformation efforts
Institutionalize software solutions as part of customers’ software development processes
Qualifications:
3-5 years sales experience
Experience meeting KPI’s and have carried a quota
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
You are a self-starter and accountable
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Outreach a plus
