Chief Surveyor - PLS
Ops Engineering LLC, a civil engineering and land surveying firm, is seeking a qualified Professional Land Surveyor.
Qualifications:
Only applicants holding a Professional Surveyor's license issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience required
- Must be proficient in AutoCad/Survey Software.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent research, preparation of data, and analytical problem solving skills for boundary survey analysis and resolution required
- Able to perform Boundary Computations
- Ability to analyze deeds and plats
- Completion of plans and profiles
- Coordinate and review work performed by contractors
- Experience in business development and sales is a plus
Position Requirements
· Professional license in Kentucky required.
· Professional license in Indiana desired.
Ops Engineering LLC has expertise in utility design including electric, telecommunications, fiber optics and natural gas as we service a customer base that extends to municipalities, commercial and industrial companies, developers, architects, and other engineering firms.
Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience.
