KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping or vacuuming
• Wipe down / degreasing machinery
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, provide inventory assistance
• Empty all waste containers each day
• Industrial cleaners are responsible for notifying employees of hazards using warning signs such as wet floor signs, caution tape, etc.
• Maintain required signs, labels.
• Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
• Must be efficient, detail oriented & able to finish work assignments in a timely manner
• Able to communicate effectively with Management & co-workers
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, push / pull & frequently move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to safely climb ladders & stairs
• Must wear safety glasses, gloves & other protective clothing as directed·
