Process Technician

OpSource has partnered with a manufacturing company that produces filters for the molten metal industry located in Hendersonville, NC.

Pay for the position :

1st shift- $17.00 / hr

Shifts for the position :

1st shift- 5 : 30am-4 : 00pm (Mon-Thurs with OT on Fridays and occasional Sat)

Job requirements for the position may include :

• Kiln load / unload
• Inspect filters coming from the convection dryer for defects.
• Remove filters from roller hearth exit, inspect for defects, and gasket 1 filter out of every 3-4 parts.
• Mark filters with pre-heat dots and place on conveyor for transport to packing operator.

Qualifications for the position :

• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Must meet requirements for the approved respiratory program in each area of work.
• Repetitive use of hands
• Able to work in a hot, dusty environment
