OpSource is Hiring a 1st Shift Mechanical Assembler from Print- Immediate Start Near Greenville, SC
Opsource has partnered with Kostwein an industrial machine manufacturing company located in Greenville, SC . They are looking for an experience Mechanical Assembler to join their team on first shift. Position: Mechanical Assembly Technician - this position does assemble from print. Schematic and blueprint experience is required. Kostwein is a worldwide successful company in the built to print business with more than 1400 employees worldwide. Pay for the position: DOE Shifts for the position: 6am - 3pm Mon-Thursday 6am - Noon Friday Job requirements for the position may include: 2 years of experience as a mechanical assembler. 2-year technical degree strongly preferred. Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures and accurately assemble equipment and machines. Experience with 3D Software such as Autocad, edrawings or Creo. Precision Measurement tools: Calipers, Micrometers. Must be familiar with wrenches, bolts, fasteners and the sizes to use. Installation of machines and equipment according to circuit diagrams and material lists. Assembly according to assembly instructions and guidelines with all necessary tests. Maintain test documentation such acceptance reports / external and internal). Material flow - proper handling of provided material, reassignment. Moderate handling of operating and auxiliary materials. Maintenance and servicing of assembly tools. Proper handling of the entire infrastructure (hoists, transport equipment, etc.) Maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees. Qualifications for the position:

Ability to inspect and verify work to assure highest quality
Experience of machine installation, actuator, and sensor technology. Knowledge of control and regulation technology for the commissioning of machines and systems is an advantage.
