- Thursday) Some OT may be required. Job requirements for the position may include: Performs assigned preventative maintenance schedules. Maximizes production and maintains quality by correctly repairing, maintaining, replacing, installing, and troubleshooting all mechanical and electrical systems. Creates weekly action plan for achievement for improvement action items or assigned projects. (including gathering information, materials, scheduling machine downtime). Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic valves, pumps, and cylinders. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic valves and cylinders. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications for the position: Associate’s degree with 5-7 years of experience in the field and/or equivalent experience required. Must have prior PLC Troubleshooting experience and able tot make adjustments to the program in conjunction with engineering requests. Knowledge with 480v 3-phase and 110v., etc. Proficient computer skills in all applications. Frequently walks, kneels, and stands on concrete floor. Occasionally must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
