OpSource is looking for Mechanical Assembly and Installation Technicians. OpSource has partnered with a small, family-owned Industrial Company in Columbia, SC. that specializes in Conveyer System Installation and Maintenance for the Food, Beverage, and Pharmaceutical Industries. Must have a drivers license. Must be willing/able to occasionally travel out of state for repair work or installations(company provides transportation when travelling). Pay for the position: $16.75/hr
(When traveling you are paid for travel time, hotel, and a daily food per diem) Shifts for the position: 1 st Shift - 7:00am - 4:00pm Job requirements for the position may include but are not limited to: Must be willing to travel as needed with minimum notification
Able to read a tape measure and utilize hand tools (tape measure test will be given) Mechanically inclined Able to stand, stoop, squat, and/or crawl throughout the shift as needed Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must wear Pants, Safety Glasses and Steel Toed Shoes (on the first day) Must have a valid Driver’s License Complete 10 Year Criminal background check 10 panel Drug Screening Required
