Quality Inspector Job Description: Become familiar with all SQF policies and procedures Responsible for daily completion of QC technician documentation
- Hourly bag weight checks
- Hourly bag integrity checks
- Metal detector checks
- Protein & allergen swabs Manage, assess and reassess compliance with the HACCP plan, pre-requisite programs, and SQF programs routinely Ensure compliance of all SOPs, SSOPs and GMPs Police and ensure all areas are clean and well organized with proper reports to management of GMP violations, inspecting facility on a daily basis Follow equipment SOP, calibration and verification efforts as it pertains to all quality and food safety Self motivated Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment Minimum Experience Preferred: HACCP trained SQF Knowledgeable Food manufacturing: 2 years experience
