Full-Time Concierge Job Description

Location: Canton - 7025 N. Lilley Rd., Canton, MI, 48187

The concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and residents of the property. The concierge will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment. The concierge will also be responsible for the following:

• Greeting all guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting with luggage and other items as needed
• Providing information about the property and surrounding area
• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
• Assisting with reservations and other requests
• Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
• Assisting with special events and other activities as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a friendly and outgoing personality. The candidate should also have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
