The Wounds Nurse/ Infection Preventionist is responsible for coordinating all activities of the infection prevention and control program that meets the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements.
Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for delivering exceptional care as our Wound Nurse/Infection Preventionist at the New Albany Care Center in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications:

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or LPN
