Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Product and Service Information: Offer accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members and other departments to provide cohesive and efficient service to customers.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to Team Goals: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continually improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
